Hi Tim. The Dragon 61s can still be bought for around £500-550 as I understand it. I’m not sure how quickly it will appreciate at that price but if you are looking to sit on it for a while then I’d say it will definitely be a good investment. It’s a great bottle with an interesting story behind it and, most importantly, the whisky inside is bloody brilliant. Who knows what price it will be fetching in 10 or 20 years time. It’s certainly never going to depreciate that’s for sure. The problem is that after all that time I’d be too tempted to drink it
