Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling 50cl / 59.9%
A single cask Edradour 2013 10-year-old Straight From The Cask Highland single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration from a single sherry butt in the distillery's well-loved half litre (50cl) apothecary bottles.
This 10-year-old Edradour 2013 Straight From The Cask edition came from Cask 476, a single sherry butt that yielded a generous 923 bottles at an exceptionally poky natural cask strength of 59.9%. This is unlikely to be the most subtle dram you'll taste this year, but as with all these cask strength sherried Edradours it'll definitely be a lot of fun.
If you like sherry bomb drams, this is off the scale. It's full on in every sense. But absolutely delightful. I've bought 3, now, need I say more?

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
