The Sipping Shed is an independent bottling company founded by Daniel Hipshon in 2014. The company specialises in single cask bottlings of single malt whiskies released at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration, and each Sipping Shed bottling has a unique line-drawn label design relating to the whisky inside.

At the time of writing in 2024, The Sipping Shed had bottled around a dozen single cask editions since the debut of their first release in 2019, including well-regarded casks from Ben Nevis, Ardmore, Caol Ila and Linkwood.
