This James Eadie single cask 22-year-old Ardmore 2000 was given the additional benefit of finishing in a sherry butt for the last 83 months (almost seven years) of its maturation, yielding a total of 250 bottles at its impressive natural cask strength of 55.7%. A nice twist on the classic peat and sherry combo, this should be a terrific dram.
