Staoisha 2014 7-year-old Explorations is a single cask of Bunnahabhain's peated spirit Staoisha, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2022 as a 7-year-old by The Single Cask indie bottlers.
This 7-year-old Staoisha 2014 was bottled in its natural state without colouring or chill filtration, yielding 302 bottles at its extremely potent natural cask strength of 61.3%.
Cask 10411A was a hogshead that had an eventful life: it was formerly home to Laphroaig Islay whisky, and before that it had been maturing Pedro Ximenez sherry, so expect an explosive smoky peat and sweet sherry combo from this Staoisha 7-year-old.
