This Talisker whisky was distilled in November 2010 and matured in a single refill hogshead #DL13728 for 9 years before being bottled by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular Series in November 2019.
It was bottled unchill-filtered at an abv of 48.4% with a yield of just 365 bottles.

Nose:Bonfire embers with iodine, smoke and just a touch of salted caramel. Palate:A chimney soot/ash style developing to burnt brown sugar and juicy barley. Finish:Lingers deliciously with lemon rind, charred oak and maritime qualities.
