This is the second edition of Tamdhu's Cigar Malt, which looks set to become a much-anticipated annual release after the first bottling shot off the shelves in Autumn 2021.

As with its predecessor, Tamdhu Cigar Malt No.2 has been assembled from first fill Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at a poky but not too potent 52.8%, and should therefore be able to stand up to all but the most robust stogies. This gift pack edition even contains a rather smart branded cigar cutter, and like the first batch we're not expecting this Tamdhu to stay around for long.

Attributes

Tasting Notes

Nose: Crystallised ginger, sherry oak and rich golden syrup.

Palate: Sherry-soaked winter fruits, giving way to rich malt loaf topped with vanilla cream.

Finish: Honeyed apricots, then toasted nuts.
