The Renaissance Series 2 is an 18-year-old single malt Irish whiskey that has been matured in ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for 18 months in very high-quality Australian Shiraz casks giving hints of ripe red fruits with sour cherry notes and delicate soft spice.
