An old bottle of small batch Tomatin 36-year-old Highland single malt whisky. This version is from Batch 4, which was bottled in 2017, the same year it won Best Scotch at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Matured in a combination of first fill Spanish Oloroso sherry butts and traditional oak casks, Tomatin 36-year-old Batch 4 was a run of just 800 bottles.
Released at 46% without colouring or chill filtration, Tomatin 36-year-old was first introduced in 2016 and has become a flagship prestige edition for the distillery, with its wonderful old school Highland complexity and delicious tropical fruit character.
