This Infrequent Flyers Undisclosed Islay 2007 16-year-old was bottled from Cask 807405, a ruby port hogshead which was presumably a finishing cask (although AWWC aren't very clear on the details). Either way, this cask strength mystery dram looks like great value for fans of wine-influenced Islay malts, and is an edition of just 305 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.4%.
