Adelphi distillers' acclaimed Ardnamurchan single malt whisky is still pretty new on the scene, and North Star Spirits are one of Scotland's most exciting indie bottlers right now, so this is a tie-up not to be missed.
This is only the second indie Ardnamurchan we've had, and is a peated spirit distilled in 2015, matured in a first fill bourbon barrel and bottled in July 2021 just shy of its sixth birthday. This 5-year-old North Star Spirits Ardnamurchan 2015 single cask yielded 247 bottles at 52.5%

Tasting Notes
Nose: Foam bananas and toasted fruit loaf.
Palate: Tropical barbequed fruits, orange peel and hints of marmite.
Finish: Long, soft and sweet peat smoke. The salty sea air on Sanna Bay.

It’s a fabulous single malt - first discovered in holiday to Scotland. Small batch whisky and is mostly used as a main component of a blended whisky. Lovely smooth taste
