The 2021 outturn of Classic Malts Distillers Edition Cragganmore is from the 2009 vintage, and received its traditional additional ageing in the customary port wine casks before bottling.
The port wine finish adds an intriguing layer of cooked red fruit and sweetness to Cragganmore's easy-drinking Speyside charms. As the Classic Malts Distillers Editions approach their 25th birthday, it's great to see these time-honoured formulas still at work.
