A lovely dark chestnut Daftmill 2009 bottled in 2021 from a single first fill Oloroso sherry butt at its hefty natural cask strength of 60.4%. This is a UK Exclusive bottling from Scotland's most sought-after Lowland distillery, and as ever with Daftmill it's going to be a blink-and-you'll-miss-it occasion.
