This single cask Indiana Rye whiskey, from an unnamed distillery but American whiskey fans are likely to be able to figure it out, was distilled in October 2017 and has been bottled just shy of its fourth birthday at its full cask strength of 58.7%.

Nose: Pain d’épice, modelling clay, sawn oak.

Palate: Yams, lantern fruit, marron glacé.

Finish: Clove oil, pink grapefruit.
