Publicised on various social media channels under the hashtag #projectQUERCUSACER, this remarkable Little Brown Dog gin spent a whopping six months in the maple syrup cask and was bottled without added sugar or colouring.

Nose: Pancakes and maple syrup with a side of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice.

Palate: Lemon, juniper and gingerbread.

Finish: Delayed action maple syrup, then more syrup, very long.
