Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Douglas Laing 70cl / 48.4%
A single cask Glenburgie 2008 15-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular series.
This Old Particular 15-year-old Glenburgie 2008 came from Cask 18422, a refill hogshead that yielded 317 bottles at the Old Particular standard strength of 48.4%. Glenburgie is a very good but relatively obscure distillery in the Chivas Brothers stable and this looks like fantastic value for a 15-year-old Speyside at this strength.
