This 43-year-old Private Collection Glen Albyn 1979 came from single cask 3857, a first fill sherry puncheon cask that yielded 95 bottles at its hefty natural cask strength of 56.4%. New bottlings of Glen Albyn are becoming less and less common, and this one is a truly remarkable colour.
