This 15-year-old Glenallachie 2008 was bottled from a refill sherry hogshead cask 900425, yielding 246 bottles at a mighty natural cask strength of 61.9%. Glenallachie has enjoyed a remarkable turnaround of fortunes in the last decade or so, and this massive strength refill sherry hoggie should be more than sufficient to convince any doubters of the distillery's quality.

One of my favourite tipples if you like a heavily sherried dram it's definitely a good buy no brainer for the price but not for the faint of heart. I think I have bought 10 bottles had to be done as it won't be coming around any time soon, hope ican last out.
