This 28-year-old Tormore 1995 came from single cask 5391, a refill sherry puncheon cask that yielded a total of 493 bottles at its natural cask strength of 57.1%, equivalent to the old 100 imperial proof. Tormore is a distillery attracting considerably more interest nowadays, so these long-aged single casks are timely offerings from G&M.
