A very exciting 1991 Glendronach 31-year-old bottled by Glasgow indies North Star Spirits without colouring or chill filtration at the tail end of 2022 for their 21st outturn.
This 31-year-old Glendronach 1991 came from a single refill Oloroso sherry butt and yielded 346 bottles at an appetising 44.4%. North Star themselves have described it as 'one of the finest whiskies we've been lucky to bottle', so you're going to have to be quick with this one.

Palate: Passion fruit curd on hot buttered toast.
Finish: Morello cherry and a warm chocolate fondant.
