An old bottling of the Dufftown distillery's 15-year-old Flora & Fauna bottling, which first appeared among the original run of 22 Flora & Fauna editions in 1991 but was discontinued in 2006 when the Singleton range was revamped and the Singleton of Dufftown edition was launched for the US and Canada market.
The Flora & Fauna Dufftown 15-year-old was a very approachable mediumweight Speyside with pleasant sweet, malty, honeyed note and hints of tweed and citrus. A perfect post-lunchtime dram.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
