A Marsala-finished 11-year-old Inchgower 2010 bottled in 2021 by The Cooper's Choice as part of their Single Cask Release series.
This Inchgower 2010 began life in American oak before being transferred to a cask that formerly held Sicilian fortified wine Marsala, which will have added some sweet nuttiness to the clean grassy Inchgower Speyside profile. A total of 306 bottles of this 11-year-old Inchgower were yielded from the Marsala cask at a hearty 54%.
