A single cask Pluscarden 1974 19-year-old Speyside single malt whisky released in the early 1990s by indie bottlers The Whisky Connoisseur at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration.
Pluscarden was The Whisky Connoisseur's pseudonym for Miltonduff, so this will be an unfussy, flavour-packed old school Speysider. This 19-year-old Pluscarden Miltonduff 1974 came from single cask 14018, which was bottled in 1993 or 1994 at a particularly massive natural cask strength of 62.3%, also listed as 109 UK Imperial proof on the label.
