A single cask Ben Nevis 1991 25-year-old official bottling, this was released at full strength in 2017 after full term sherry cask maturation.
This 1991 Ben Nevis 25-year-old came from cask #3711, a fresh sherry butt that yielded 584 bottles and was bottled without colouring or chill filtration at a monumental cask strength of 61.3% - as close as you can get to tasting Ben Nevis's bravissimo Highland whisky straight from the cask, though you might want to keep a drop of water handy as this will be a monster dram.
