Every now and then Edradour put out one of these fancy Ibisco decanters for a cask or small batch that they're particularly proud of. This is an Edradour 2007, bottled in 2021 at cask strength 59.2%. There were 1362 bottles released, so we can surmise that this must have been a handful of exceptional first-fill bourbon casks.
When you see one of these Edradour decanters, you know that this is their best stuff so Edradour fans would do well to snap this up while they're still around.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
