Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Gordon & MacPhail 70cl / 53.5%
A single cask Rosebank 1991 31-year-old Lowland single malt whisky bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration as part of The Recollection Series #2 in their Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range.
This 31-year-old Rosebank 1991 was bottled from single cask 2122, a first fill bourbon barrel that turned out 101 bottles at its impressively perky natural cask strength of 53.5%. 1991 was one of the original Rosebank distillery's final vintages and, ironically, the staff were busy making some of Rosebank's best ever spirit - all the 1991 vintage Rosebanks we've tried have been utterly brilliant.

It’s a fabulous single malt - first discovered in holiday to Scotland. Small batch whisky and is mostly used as a main component of a blended whisky. Lovely smooth taste
The only way to drink an affordable and decent strength Macallan. A strong Sherry influence with a ‘vintage’ feel, akin to a Springbank 21 I drank 25 years ago when you could pick one up without bankrupting yourself
