A 13-year-old Unnamed Orkney 2009 bottled without colouring in 2023 by Signatory Vintage for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. And when we say 'Unnamed Orkney', we do of course mean 'Not Scapa'.
This 13-year-old Not Scapa 2009 came from a small batch of refill hogshead casks and has been bottled at Signatory's preferred strength of 46%.
We'd wager that a lot of old school whisky fans would prefer a bottle of this to Not Scapa's standard official 12-year-old edition.
