Ballymorgan 1.1 forms part of Waterfords Single Farm Origin series and is made using 100% Irish malted barley.
This single malt Irish whiskey was made using the finest Overture barley grown in the County of Wexford. It is here that Robert Milne and 5 generations of his family have farmed these premier barley terroirs.

Tasting Notes
Appearance: A golden barley with oils that slowly caress the glass. Nose: Fruity aromas hit the nose alongside milk chocolate, rhubarb and custard. Palate: Green apple greets the palate coated in caramel, cloves and custard with liquorice and mint chocolate. Finish: A gentle finish with heat that lingers in your mouth and as it slowly fades; oiliness is left with spicy chocolate.
