Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bottling 70cl / 55.6%
A small batch Edradour 25-year-old bottled distilled in 1998 and bottled at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration, this was bottled on the 16th May 2024 in the distillery's famous Ibisco decanters with a picture of the distillery on the label and arrives in a smart, pleasingly chunky wooden box. The label itself is made from barley grain used in the whisky production!
This is Batch 2 of Edradour 25-year-old, which was bottled from a micro batch of first fill Oloroso sherry butts that was bottled at its natural cask strength of 55.6%. It's described as Liquid Christmas cake in a bottle with a long rich, sweet finish.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
