Old School Malt Batch #1 is a remarkable cask strength 31-year-old blended malt whisky from Signatory Vintage, released early in 2024. Batch 1 of Signatory Vintage’s Old School Malt is an edition of just 1148 bottles.
This phenomenal 31-year-old Old School Malt contains no fewer than 104 single malt whiskies from a range of old school distilleries listed on the back label and including the likes of Port Ellen, Rosebank, Macallan, Talisker and Brora alongside unicorns including Dunglass and Killyloch. After vatting the whiskies were married in sherry butts for over 26 years and bottled without colouring or chill filtration at its natural cask strength of 43.5%.
