A rather unusual offering from Bowmore in that it has been fully matured in Port Pipes for all of its 23 years.
Port maturation seems to really work a lot better than just finishing so this should be pretty excellent, combined with the fact that Bowmore made some stunning whisky in 1989 and you've got a pretty tasty recipe.
