Lowland Single Grain Scotch Whisky Bottled by: Brave New Spirits 70cl / 54.6%
A single cask Port Dundas 2006 17-year-old single grain whisky bottled in 2023 at cask strength without colouring or chill filtration by Brave New Spirits for their Cask Noir range, with the subtitle Ghost of the Hill.
This Cask Noir 17-year-old Port Dundas 2006 was finished in a first fill red wine barrique Cask 314746B from Lafite, yielding 307 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.6%. We're expecting plenty of juicy blackberry and raspberry jam hints alongside the grain's caramel popcorn sweetness, and this Port Dundas looks like fantastic value for a cask strength single grain whisky of this age.

It’s a fabulous single malt - first discovered in holiday to Scotland. Small batch whisky and is mostly used as a main component of a blended whisky. Lovely smooth taste
The only way to drink an affordable and decent strength Macallan. A strong Sherry influence with a ‘vintage’ feel, akin to a Springbank 21 I drank 25 years ago when you could pick one up without bankrupting yourself
