To ensure reliable delivery, we have partnered with DHL, the world’s leading logistics company. Over the years, DHL has proven to be the most trusted delivery service we’ve encountered, and we appreciate their focus on providing safe and efficient transport. Our dedicated DHL manager is always available to assist us with any concerns that may arise, ensuring a smooth shipping experience.

For international deliveries, we favor DHL for their unique capability of using their own aircrafts. This feature allows us to ship alcohol to various destinations around the world securely and reliably.

All orders within the United States are delivered by our specialised logistics partner. This allows us to include shipping fees, US taxes and FDA fees, within our delivery charges. However, this excludes state taxes, which may vary based on your location.

If you require your order to be delivered within 48 hours, you must place your order before 2pm Monday - Wednesday. Unfortunately we cannot offer this service for weekend deliveries or Banks Holidays.

Important Delivery Information

All deliveries have to be signed for and will only be left with persons over the legal drinking age in their respected country. Delivery times should be taken as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Our courier will no longer leave a card notifying you they have attempted to deliver your parcel. Instead your delivery status will be updated online which you must monitor yourself. You can track your delivery via your Whisky-Online Shop account or by clicking the link in the original delivery email.

Deliveries can not be left in a safe place and must be signed for by someone over the legal drinking age in the respected country. Our courier can not give specific time slots and therefore deliveries are an all day appointment.

Please note that if there is no-one available to sign for the delivery and the delivery fails on 2 or more occasions, then additional charges may be incurred for any further delivery attempts.

If for any reason you make alterations to the delivery outside of Whisky-Online Shop this is at your own risk. This includes arranging collection for a service point. Please note that if you make use of such services we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages as this is a unauthorised third party service.

Before signing for any goods, all parcels must to be checked carefully. If the seal is broken or if the package is damaged or wet, sign carrier's sheet strictly in accordance with the actual condition. It is not sufficient to sign "unexamined". In the rare event your order is damaged or there is an issue, please retain all packaging, contact us immediately with photographs and we will endeavour to rectify any problems.
