Friar John Cor Quincentenary is a limited-edition litre bottle of blended Scotch whisky bottled by United Distillers in 1994 to celebrate the five-hundredth anniversary (Quincentenary) of the first written record of Scotch Whisky.

For those who don't know, Friar John Cor was a monk at the Lindores Abbey in Fife who served as a clerk at the Royal court, and this first written record appeared in the Scottish Exchequer Rolls in 1494 during the reign of James IV, reading: "To Brother John Cor, by order of the King, to make aqua vitae VIII bolls of malt."

This blend was one of seven versions produced by different drinks companies for the Spirit of Scotland Trophy, a competition organised by the International Wine and Spirits Competition in 1994 to celebrate the Quincentenary.
