A single cask Bowmore 1982 22-year-old Islay single malt whisky released in 2004 or 2005 by mail order independent whisky bottlers Direct Wines for their First Cask series.

This 22-year-old Bowmore 1982 came from single cask 1326, bottled without colouring or chill filtration at 46%. 1980s Bowmore can be hit or miss, and needs to be judged on a case by case basis - fortunately this was one of ten casks from an excellent parcel supplied to Direct Wines by Signatory Vintage.
