This 30-year-old Ledaig 1993 came from single cask 706, a refill sherry butt that turned outa whopping 706 bottles at an extremely hefty 57.2% natural cask strength. Ledaig is Tobermory distillery's peated whisky, and is becoming more and more popular with each passing year - these long-aged old school versions are always an absolute joy for fans of the earthier, meatier ends of the phenolic spectrum.
