The Recollection series celebrates Gordon & MacPhail's impressively huge stash of casks from lost distilleries. This Recollection Littemill 1991 31-year-old came from single cask 549, a refill American hogshead that yielded 226 bottles at a very palate-friendly natural cask strength of 44.5%.
