Johnnie Walker Premier was a popular prestige Johnnie Walker throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, and is believed to contain some particularly long-aged malts in the assemblage. A richer dram than the standard Red or Black Label blends, Johnnie Walker Premier is a luxurious after-dinner whisky.

Tried it without water and it had a sharp burning sensation on the palate as you would expect at this strength but once you added water the sharpness mellowed and the sweet vanilla taste came through.
