An old half-litre (500ml) bottle of Johnnie Walker Swing, the company's export blended whisky first introduced in 1932 for passengers on cruise ships and later relaunched in the 1980s.
Bottled at 43%, Johnnie Walker Swing is a step up from the standard JW range in quality, with a warm, mellow, sweet and spicy palate. This smaller version of the famous swaying bottle retains its ability to wobble back and forth and will recover from anything less than a 45-degree tilt in any stormy conditions it may encounter.

Initial Smokey smell then a hint of pear drop.
Tried it without water and it had a sharp burning sensation on the palate as you would expect at this strength but once you added water the sharpness mellowed and the sweet vanilla taste came through.
