An 8-year-old Caol Ila 2014 bottled by North Star Spirits without colouring or chill filtration in late 2022 for their Cask Series Batch 20.
This 2014 Caol Ila was bottled from Port Octave casks which have added a pinkish tinge and no doubt plenty of ripe red fruit flavours, and yielded a total of 220 bottles at 51.2%.
