This Little Brown Dog Foursquare 2011 Barbados rum weighs in at a pointy natural cask strength of 58.3% and has been bottled without colouring or chill filtration, and with no added sugar, spices or flavourings, so purist rum fans will be getting the full unadulterated Foursquare goodness here.

Nose: Golden syrup, tinned mandarins and bourbon Palate – Demerara sugar, cinnamon grahams and custard donuts.
Finish: Salted caramel, clove and hipster beard oil.
