A single cask Knockdhu 2012 bottled by Berry Brothers & Rudd in 2023 at full cask strength without colouring or chill filtration for their Spring 2024 releases.
Knockdhu is a pretty Speyside distillery whose whisky is more familiar to most malt fans as AnCnoc, the name used by owners Inver House to distinguish its official bottlings from rival Knockando. This 2012 Knockdhu came from Cask 7127, a single hogshead that yielded 312 bottles at a very poky 58.8%, so a drop of water will likely be required to tease out its nuances.
