Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Bottled by: The Alistair Walker Whisky Company 70cl / 59.4%
A single cask Miltonduff 2012 11-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2024 without colouring or chill filtration by Alistair Walker Whisky Co. for their Infrequent Flyers range.
This Infrequent Flyers 11-year-old Miltonduff 2012 was bottled from Cask 5472, a single Oloroso sherry puncheon and was an edition of 651 bottles at its epic natural cask strength of 59.4%. This seems unlikely to be an overly elegant or subtle whisky but for fans of heavily sherried Speyside drams it's going to be a smash.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
