This 1958 Macallan 25-year-old Anniversary Malt is a wonderfully composed and complex dram with dried fruit, tobacco and tar, and is one of the most classical examples of the trademark sherried Speyside style of which these gorgeous vintage Macallans bottled in the 1980s were the apotheosis. Macallan 1958 25-year-old is real old school Macallan from an era whose benchmarks have stood firm in the intervening decades and may never be surpassed.
