This 2006 Tomatin 15-year-old came from a single refill hogshead cask that was bottled without colouring or chill filtration and yielded 315 bottles at a very tempting cask strength of 55.1%. Tomatin is one of the Highlands' most underrated distilleries and this 'natural' hogshead should be a belter.

Palate: Flavours emerge of pineapple, mango and desiccated coconut.
Finish: A medium-bodied finish with orange peel and oak.
