A cask strength 16-year-old Linkwood 2006 bottled by award-winning indie bottlers North Star for their Batch 20 releases that debuted in Autumn 2022.
This 2006 Linkwood 16-year-old came from a single Oloroso sherry hogshead cask that gave up 223 bottles at a great drinking strength of 52%.
Linkwood is one of those blessed spirits that's good to drink either young or old and ages well in either sherry or bourbon casks - and it's fantastic to see a teenage sherried Speyside whisky so sensibly priced.
