An old bottle of Glendronach Grandeur 25-year-old Batch 8 Highland single malt whisky. This was a limited edition bottled without colouring or chill filtration back in 2016.
This Glendronach 25-year-old Grandeur Batch 8 matured in a small batch of Oloroso sherry casks and was a limited edition of just 1505 bottles at its natural cask strength of 50.6%. These Glendronach Grandeur bottlings showcase the true heights that the distillery's spirit can achieve in the best sherry casks. A magnificent after-dinner whisky.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
