This 30-year-old Highland Park 1989 matured in a refill sherry butt that yielded a generous 489 bottles at a pretty much perfect natural cask strength of 51.1%. Highland Park was in a golden era when this was distilled and ages wonderfully in refill sherry wood - we'd wager this will be a magnificent dram.
