The 2017 edition of the wildly popular Macallan M, packaged in an eye-catchingly angular Lalique crystal decanter. Although no age is stated, Macallan M 'MMXVII' contains malts distilled as far back as 1940 in the assemblage, and was bottled at a sturdy but palate-friendly 45%.
Just 1525 of these lovely Lalique decanters of Macallan M MMXVII Edition were released in 2017 and are now extremely difficult to get hold of thanks to their status with keen Macallan collectors across the globe.

This is a heavily sherried dram that tastes of dates and raisins with a touch of honey and vanilla. It’s pretty soft and smooth without water but a few drops seem to thicken it up slightly and add hints of caramel. Absolutely gorgeous.
