This Scotch & Tattoos Caol Ila 2008 13-year-old was bottled without colouring or chill filtration from a first fill Oloroso sherry quarter cask 318693 that yielded 175 bottles at its natural cask strength of 55.9%.

Tried it without water and it had a sharp burning sensation on the palate as you would expect at this strength but once you added water the sharpness mellowed and the sweet vanilla taste came through.
